Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Main responsibilities
• Establish UNOX presence and drive sales activities in the designated geography (Argentina).
• Implement and execute a business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and closing, including hands-on product presentations and cooking demonstrations.
• Sell professional ovens and solutions across all organizational levels, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Close sales opportunities by building rapport with prospective customers, explaining product and service capabilities, and effectively overcoming objections.




• Penetrate target accounts for new business development while establishing, developing, and managing relationships with distributors and strategic partners within the territory.
• Organize and conduct marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, product presentations, cooking demonstrations, and customer engagement events.
• Organize and conduct after-sales training sessions (Top Training) for customers according to UNOX standards, ensuring effective support related to installation, maintenance, and product operation.
• Manage and coordinate technical support activities as required.
• Be responsible for the sales and financial performance of the assigned region.
• Set objectives and monitor the performance of markets, products, dealers, and distributors within the territory.
• Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
