Role Description The in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing) will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-ticket closers and other sales talent to support Nomadic Closer’s fully remote sales teams. This full-time remote role involves proactively sourcing candidates through online platforms, talent databases, social media, and networking communities, while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
The specialist will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate recruitment records, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and continuously improving sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hiring for multiple client accounts.
Qualifications
