We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join our growing Strategy & Insights Team to help shape the future of customer experiences powered by Generative AI. As a key member of ASAPP's Customer Growth organization,



you will partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver strategic insights and maximize the value that the world's largest brands derive from our platform. Your analysis will directly influence how customers interact with leading brands, while your recommendations will help guide the direction of our evolving AI products.

In this role, you will analyze large-scale Generative AI deployments, draw insights from conversational data to uncover and communicate growth opportunities, and craft compelling narratives around performance and impact.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, has a strong grasp of customer behavior, and a track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
