ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our RD&E; team based at Pilar Plant. This role will contribute to the development, validation and implementation of new products and changes to existing products across different categories, working from laboratory development through process trials and implementation in the manufacturing environment.

This position combines hands-on technical work, project execution and cross-functional collaboration, with interaction across local, regional and global technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




• Support and execute new product development and product change projects, particularly those involving formulations and manufacturing processes across different categories.
• Plan and conduct laboratory trials and technical evaluations.
• Perform process trials at laboratory and manufacturing scale.
• Prepare prototypes and samples for testing, technical evaluations and product/process optimization.
• Support the optimization of formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in the validation of testing methods.
• Provide technical support during scale-up and implementation of products in manufacturing.
• Generate and maintain project-related technical documentation, including specifications, technical reports and documentation supporting product registration.
• Participate in the company New Product Development process as a technical representative.
• Interact and collaborate with General Technical Platform
