Lead Accountant
Location: Virtual
Core Responsibilities
- Equity:
- Record and reconcile cash and non-cash capital movements between parent and subsidiary legal entities.
- Assist with accounting for entity acquisitions, dissolutions, mergers, and transfers.
- Review monthly consolidated equity pickup and eliminations for accuracy.
- Record equity related clean-up entries as needed and prepare related account reconciliations.
- Assist in reconciling and troubleshooting the year-end close out process.
- Intercompany:
- Track and reconcile intercompany loans.
- Prepare intercompany reconciliation for select entities, including domestic holding companies.
- Review international intercompany recharge entries as needed.
- Assist in recording and reconciling royalty payments between domestic and international entities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for internal management or assist with projects as business needs change.
- Assist in SEC reporting schedule preparation and review of 10Q/10K as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education BA or BS in Accounting or Finance




- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, experience in Corporate or Consolidations environment a plus
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with Oracle ERP a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI a plus
