JOB SUMMARY
The role of Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) requires marked experience in AV Sales, excellent customer relationship skills, effective communication skills, strong organizational behaviors, solid task management, and demonstration of effective prospecting and lead networking skills to create customer demand and develop sales opportunities. This includes the development of long -term relationships with senior executives and functional stakeholders in key strategic accounts.



As an Enterprise Account Manager your principal responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. Ideally the candidate will be high energy, strategic minded, naturally inquisitive, technology savvy and demonstrate prior experience with a successful history of building long-term strategic relationships with Enterprise type customers. You should be able to demonstrate good customer acuity, active understanding of each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth vision, technology strategy and the competitive landscape.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking goals.
- Create lead generation by creative and aggressive prospecting for new prospects and IVCi customer base as assigned in Salesforce.
