Lead Tech Recruiter (LATAM)
Reports to: VP of Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced Lead Tech Recruiter with 5 or more years of recruiting experience to join our rapidly growing team. The idóneo candidate is pragmatic, curious, and a continuous learner. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top Data & AI talent. You will drive the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also act as an informal lead for our LATAM recruiting team. Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top Data & AI talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as an informal lead for the LATAM recruiting team, in partnership with the VP of Talent Acquisition.
- Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.




- Help set weekly priorities and balance reqs across the team.
- Track pipeline and recruiting metrics and share progress and risks with the VP of Talent Acquisition.
- Share best practices and help improve recruiting processes.
- Recruit for Data & AI roles such as Data Engineers, Solutions Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Technical Product Managers.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, consulting skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
- Partner with hiring managers and delivery leaders to understand the needs of each role.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with Data & AI trends, the Databricks ecosystem, and competitive recruiting strategies.
- Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, helping to shape the growth of the company
