Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience supporting engineering, construction, architecture, or MEP projects?

We are looking for a highly driven professional who can bring visibility, accountability, and structure to multiple ongoing projects while working closely with engineers, project managers, architects, contractors, and clients.

What You'll Do

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones

Manage project documentation and follow-up activities

Coordinate meetings and monitor action items

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders

Identify potential project delays and elevate risks proactively

Ensure outstanding information and documentation are completed on time





What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of Project Coordination experience

Experience within Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or MEP environments

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong follow-up and accountability mindset

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Advanced English (required)

Nice to Have

Experience with RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders

ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools

Work Schedule
