On behalf of Jasmine Daya & Co, we are seeking Client Intake Assistant to join their growing team remotely. In this role, you are responsible for managing the initial stages of the client journey. This role ensures that new client information is accurately captured, verified, and organized before being passed to the appropriate legal or operational team.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake & Onboarding
- Process new client intake requests and ensure all required information is collected.
- Review submitted forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with prospective and new clients to obtain missing details or documents.
- Enter and maintain client data in the firm’s CRM or intake management system.
- Ensure all intake records are organized and properly documented.
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to route new client matters appropriately.
- Monitor intake pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders regarding new client onboarding.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure client files meet internal compliance and doc
