You will build and maintain knowledge content, enable support teams through targeted trainings, and track adoption metrics to drive measurable improvements in first-contact resolution.
With experience in writing knowledge base content and managing playbooks, you will generate leadership dashboards that tie metrics to business outcomes, risks, and recommended actions.
