Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients. The idóneo candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to reach decision-makers and generate quality leads
- Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies,



and optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead and improve ROAS
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels
- Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed

Required Qualifications
- Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting
- Hands‑on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads camp
