About the role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for a Risk Manager to support our growing retail credit portfolio within the second line of defence. You'll make data-driven decisions on risk-adjusted return requirements and lead preventive and reactive actions that impact portfolio credit performance and profitability in Peru.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing retail credit risk exposure to ensure the portfolio remains within defined safety parameters
- Providing second-line oversight and challenge over first-line credit activities to maintain independent governance
- Ensuring compliance with BCRP requirements, specifically regarding debtor classification, arrears treatment, and provisioning
- Managing risk appetite through the precise calibration and continuous monitoring of credit limits
- Reviewing and challenging risk models in collaboration with the Risk Modelling team to ensure predictive accuracy
