Partner Operations

We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Operations to oversee and expand our strategic partnerships across multiple verticals related to healthcare sectors.

This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates high ownership, and can navigate complex relationships with ease

Partner Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day operational management of partner relationships and programs
- Support efficient partner onboarding and help ensure a smooth launch experience
- Build and maintain onboarding workflows, documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Make sure partners have the tools, information, and support they need to succeed

Cross-functional coordination

- Serve as the internal point of coordination across partnerships, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal, and operations
- Help ensure partner initiatives are executed on time and with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate follow-up on partner leads, co-marketing efforts, event opportunities, and strategic projects
- Track deliverables, owners, deadlines, and outcomes across partner initiatives

Operational systems and process improvement





- Build scalable systems and processes that improve execution and visibility across partnerships
- Maintain accurate partner records in CRM and other internal systems
- Develop dashboards and tracking for partner performance and pipeline contribution Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and proactively improve them
- Reporting and performance tracking
- Track partner-sourced opportunities, referrals, revenue contribution, campaign performance, and engagement
- Prepare recurring reports for leadership on partner activity, results, and opportunities for improvement
- Help measure ROI across partnerships, events, referral channels, and co-marketing programs
- Support forecasting and planning with clear operational reporting

Communication and relationship support

- Help manage partner communication in a timely, professional, and organized manner
- Draft partner updates, follow-up materials, meeting notes, and internal summaries Support the partnerships team in preparing for meetings, business reviews, events, and launches
- Ensure follow-through on commitments made to partners and internal teams
