ANAT Business for Business is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for someone who has some experience recruiting or sourcing blue-collar / skilled trades profiles in the U.S. and wants to continue developing their recruiting career.

What you'll do

- Source and screen candidates for U.S.-based positions
- Conduct short initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Keep recruiting pipelines organized and updated
- Support job postings across different platforms

What we're looking for

- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience with U.S. blue-collar / skilled trades profiles is highly preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone
- Organized, proactive, and reliable




- Based in Argentina
