You will make a difference by:
Supporting the end-to-end purchasing process, from requirements and sourcing to Purchase Order follow-up.
Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, supporting negotiations and supplier selection.
Creating and managing Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders and ensuring purchasing processes are followed correctly.
Monitoring orders and deliveries, proactively expediting when necessary.
Supporting supplier setup and master data updates.
Managing invoice discrepancies and supporting GR/IR and payment-related issues.
Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining reports and providing visibility on purchasing activities.
What you need to succeed:
Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Order Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system.
Experience with sourcing,



supplier quotations, Purchase Orders and order follow-up.
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An organized and proactive mindset, comfortable working with multiple priorities.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience purchasing indirect materials and services, such as MRO, tools, PPE, office supplies or small services.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
