In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer specializing in Test Quality, you will support the delivery team in achieving high-quality test outcomes by applying a structured approach, test practices, and technical solutions.
You will contribute to improved time to market by driving improvements through integrated metrics and measurements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assist with Test Optimization:
Utilize a model-based Test Design approach and accelerate Test automation using the IGNITE platform to optimize test outcomes.
Learn Test Automation:
Leverage cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering.
Participate in Quality Planning:
Prepare and guide the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle, emphasizing quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Explore Quality Metrics:
Support the development of easily consumable technical test practices through integrated metrics and measurements.
Engage in Team Collaboration:
Work with the delivery team to achieve high-quality software products through quality engineering best practices.
Required education
