Successful candidates will join the IT Company which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than **** employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe.
This position plays an active role in the software development lifecycle by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
Responsibilities
Deliver complex software features and components with high quality and minimal supervision.
Allocate effort across development, bug fixing, refactoring, and technical improvements.
Take ownership of assigned technical tasks from design through implementation and support.
Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction and code quality improvements.
Contribute to sprint planning by estimating, sizing, and committing to work items.
Prioritize work to meet sprint goals, release timelines, and production stability.
Support production issues and participate in root cause analysis when required.
Leverage and advocate within SCRUM development team use of AI advances such as Github Copilot to accelerate delivery of value to the business.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
C#/.
NET (Framework and .NET Core/.NET 8+) with 5+ years of experience.
Typescript and frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React) with 3+ years of experience.
Relational Databases (SQL, DML, DDL, data modeling) at least 2 years
Cloud Platforms (Azure, CI/CD) at least 2 years
REST APIs (building & consuming) at least 3 years
Software Design Principles (clean code, refactoring, debugging) at least 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python
Experience with ansible
Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience with automated testing (unit and integration)
Expertise with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Storage, and Application Insights.
Experience integrating Generative AI, LLM, Azure OpenAI, or AI-enabled engineering solutions into enterprise applications.
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), containerization (Docker), and cloud-native architectures.

Your New Role
This role will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet the needs of the organization and its clients within a team environment.
This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
They will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring that development best practices are followed, and that code is developed to the highest standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
5+ years of experience
Proficient in Python
Fluent in English at an intermediate/advanced level
Expertise in complex problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience and deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
Expertise in implementing scalable, distributed and highly available systems on AWS using ECS, EKS, EC2 and Serverless technology (Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS)
Expertise in Messaging Frameworks (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SNS, SQS, Kafka)
Experience in DevOps (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Travis for CI/CD)
Experience building event driven architecture
Experience working and delivering in an Agile Scrum environment
Broad knowledge and experience in proficient understanding of relational and document databases specifically MONGODB, PostgreSQL
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Energetic, shows passion and is vested in the project
Preferred
General knowledge of or previous work experience and / or participation in projects related to the media industry
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and practical AI-assisted software development workflows
Experience evaluating and responsibly adopting AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, troubleshooting and automation while applying security, privacy, and compliance considerations
Ability to identify business and engineering use cases where AI can add value, assess feasibility and risks
