Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect - LATAM (ARG, CL, CRI, MX)

Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect will focus on technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and improvements of tax processes within the LATAM region. With limited supervision, this job develops tax solutions and advice on tax requirements in ERP systems.
In this role you will work in close liaison with the wider tax team and connect with the technology deployment, sustain & optimize teams, collaborate with DT&D; to contribute to efficient tax determination and resulting reporting processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
- Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications,
following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
- Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
- Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent English language skills - written and verbal
Preferred
- Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
- Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
- Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems
- Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.
Important: The candidate must be based in Rosario (Argentina), Coronel (Chile), San José (Costa Rica) or Mexico City (Mexico).

About the Role
Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a general consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
- Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
- Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
- Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
- Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
- Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
- Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
- Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
- Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
