Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into actionable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure what we ship solves the problem. You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects while collaborating with UI/UX in Figma and QA
