Syngenta’s Marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will provide executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur, managing a dynamic agenda, coordinating key interactions, and ensuring priorities, meetings and follow-up actions are handled with accuracy and sound judgment. In addition, the role will provide high-level support to the Marketing team, bringing a consultative, creative and engaging perspective to team communications, meetings and workshops.
Accountabilities
• Provide high-level executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur, managing a dynamic agenda and making informed decisions to optimize time and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, business trips and key activities, anticipating requirements and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact between the Marketing Head
