As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented remote Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to engage with incoming customer leads from social media, email, phone calls, and live chats. This individual must be comfortable taking initiative, especially in following up with leads via phone after initial customer contact. Over time, the role will expand to include outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to incoming leads from social media, email, phone calls, and chats.
• Professionally engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate Ferla Bikes solutions.
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.




• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• After training, conduct targeted outbound cold calls to new prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Requirements
• Must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with proactive phone communication, including follow-up and cold calling.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, products, and processes.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
