Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring projects to ensure they meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives. The Program Manager will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders; track budgets and resources; and prepare regular reports and documentation on program progress and outcomes.



The role includes identifying risks and mitigation strategies, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and client requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of program processes. The Program Manager will also contribute to proposal development, support strategic planning for future initiatives, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in complex environments.
• Ability to analyze information, prepare clear reports, and maintain accurate documentation and tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
