We are looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Success & AI Onboarding Executive. This role is adecuado for someone who understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience, enjoys building client relationships, and is excited about technology and AI.
You will play a key role in the first stage of the customer journey, helping restaurants and hotels successfully launch their AI agents and experience value from Aitropos from day one.

In this role, you will:• Manage the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring all required information is collected and configured for a successful launch
• Conduct kick-off meetings to understand each client’s needs, align expectations, and guide them through the onboarding process
• Build and configure AI agents using our internal tools
• Translate client requirements into clear instructions and conversational flows
• Maintain regular communication with clients, following up proactively to resolve blockers and keep implementations moving forward




• Deliver the first version of each AI agent promptly and ensure it meets quality standards before going live
• Train clients to test, understand, and use their AI agent
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure accounts are launched on time
• Improve AI agents based on client feedback and real customer conversations
• Identify accounts that may be losing momentum and take action to re-engage them
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress in our CRM

Requirements• Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Support, or similar client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• A proactive, customer-first mindset and strong follow-up skills
