Responsibilities
Develop, review, and process site budgets for clinical trial activities
Manage patient reimbursement activities and travel expense analysis
Prepare and track study documents including site contracts, budget agreements, and amendments
Coordinate invoice reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
Support automated payment processes and maintain accurate financial records in trial systems
Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare environment experience
Experience with clinical trial financial processes, site payments, budgets, or contracts
Familiarity with clinical trial site contract workflows and amendments
Ability to review invoices, reconcile budgets, and manage financial documentation
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Ability to collaborate with investigative sites, internal teams, and external vendors
