Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and implement features in our React Native mobile app Build clean, efficient, and reusable UI components with React Native (and React.js when needed) Ensure the mobile app is performant, scalable, and accessible across iOS and Android devices Write maintainable, testable code following best practices and coding standards Debug and resolve issues, improving app stability and user experience Propose and implement new tools, frameworks, or PoCs to keep the stack modern and efficient Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development and improve code quality Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing Stay up to date with mobile development trends and user expectation

Requisitos

4+ years of professional experience in front-end or mobile development Strong technical ability with React Native, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience working with RN-CLI (we aren’t using Expo)



Deep understanding of mobile performance, the JS thread, and code optimization techniques Experience building reusable, testable modules and components Familiarity with design systems, user interface models, layout aesthetics, accessibility, and mobile-first UX principles Strong knowledge of industry-standard best practices, development lifecycles, and Agile/SCRUM Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with iOS or Android native development is a plus
