- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions in Python
- Leverage LLMs and AI-powered tools to accelerate day-to-day developer productivity (coding, testing, documentation)
- Prototype and integrate AI-driven flows (agents, RAG pipelines, automation) into backend systems and customer-facing features
- Design and maintain backend systems and APIs that combine traditional engineering best practices with AI-augmented development approaches
- Work on database design and interact with relational databases using ORMs, such as SQLAlchemy
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Unittest, pytest, and Behave to ensure code reliability
