• Law student, BA/BS, Paralegal Certificate, or J.D
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Business fluent in English.
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, Gemini, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Prior experience using e-signature tools, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT, technology
• product and/or services agreements a plus.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate the e-signature process for contracts as the main operational priority, ensuring
• timely execution through the e-signature tools.
• Maintain and continuously improve the contract database within the contract lifecycle




• management (CLM) tool, including electronic storage of all commercial agreements, and design
• and implement contract workflows as needed to reflect evolving team processes.
• Manage contract tracking and reporting, maintaining a log of all commercial contract requests
• and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Vice President, General Contracts
• Counsel.
• Support colleagues across the commercial contracts team in their day-to-day workload,
• stepping in on tasks as required and acting as a resource for process and tooling questions.
• Actively support the team's adoption and effective use of AI tools, including identifying
• opportunities to integrate approved AI capabilities into legal workflows, assisting colleagues in
• building confidence with those tools, and contributing to the evaluation of new AI-assisted
• features within the CLM platform.
