Key Responsibilities ：
• Troubleshoot conference rooms and perform basic AV checks and actually fix issues

（ 80% are Mac OS system， 20% are Windows）
• Support event setups and resolve technical issues if needed
• Conference room troubleshooting
• Conference room Inspection
• Asset Audit
• Bulk asset refresh (Laptop Wipe, Cleaning, Imaging)
• Manual Locker Restock
• Computer imaging when required
• IT equipment Move related(due to Office moves)
• Hardware issues (Device not powering on, Server Room devices)
• Basic network troubleshooting (as needed)
• Basic locker support for sites where applicable (e.g., restocking)




• Support admins with escalations
• support IDF routine inspections (as needed)
• Onboarding support and offboarding support (as needed)
• asset inventory assistance (as needed)
• Maintenance of Imaging Infrastructure'
• package acceptance and shipping (as needed)

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a plus.
• Experience: 2-3 years in IT support or a similar technical role; familiarity with AV equipment and conference room technology as well as imaging.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and printer/peripheral setup.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirement: Capable of lifting/moving equipment (up to 25 lbs)
