Job description

The Role

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect Expert Professional at Hitachi, Ltd., you will be a critical technical leader responsible for translating complex customer business requirements into innovative, compelling, and technically sound Hitachi solutions. You will lead pre-sales technical engagement, ensuring proposed solutions align with Hitachi's portfolio and deliver exceptional client value.

What you’ll do:





• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead customer discovery, define requirements and design outcome-led technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, proofs-of-concept and technical presentations.
• Support RFPs, competitive positioning, opportunity strategy, and technical due diligence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Services and Partners to support successful customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the industry.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel.
• Deep technical knowledge of the storage domain and ecosystem: block, file, object, private cloud, hybrid cloud, IaaS, cyber, data management etc
• Strong customer-facing communication, discovery and presentation skills.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business value.
• Experience managing multiple opportunitie
