Job Description
ID90 Travel is looking for passionate individuals enthusiastic about cruises. The Cruise Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting guests using our online booking engine as well as booking guests through our Agent portal. The individual will respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat sessions, for new and existing bookings.
The Cruise Sales Representative should have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations as well as an energetic disposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound cruise sales and support calls in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
- Conduct outbound sales and service calls to assist members, follow up on reservations, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Answer inbound cruise and sales inquiries while providing exceptional customer service and effectively closing sales opportunities.
- Manage and respond to customer support emails, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of member requests.
- Process and review incoming cruise documents, confirmations, and customer communications to ensure reservation accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through the promotion and sale of relevant ancillary products and services.
