- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with video, social, or other digital advertising in online branding or marketing.
- Experience with video growth and planning; partnering with clients on long-term advertising strategies (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, or demonstrating products).
- Experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership level by building strong relationships.

Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.
- Demonstrated investigative sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
