/ Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in a horizontally scaled, microservices-based architecture.
● Define and implement transactional flows across multiple microservices, handling consistency, failures, and retries.




● Learn the client's business model in depth and build a solid relationship of trust with client stakeholders.
● Own features and projects end to end, from technical design and estimation through delivery and production support.
● Write high-quality, well-tested code that follows our coding standards and best practices.
● Analyze complex problems, troubleshoot production issues, and make informed technical decisions.
● Collaborate with engineers, product, QA, and business partners, and communicate effectively with managers and engineers alike.

Technical Skills
● 5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
● 3+ years building backend services with Node.js and at least one modern framework such as NestJS, Express.js, or Hono.
● Experience designing and building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
● Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud.
