What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Lead a workstream within a global transformation program, from diagnosis through design to deployment.
- Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories and process flows.
- Redesign customer operations, sales and service processes for B2C and B2B telecom businesses.
- Drive the functional side of platform implementations: requirements, configuration decisions, testing and adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.
- Contribute to Gen AI use cases embedded into client operations.

Mandatory Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or in a transformation or platform role within a telecom operator.
- Experience in at least one of the following: telecom doma
