What I will be doing?




• Monthly Payroll Management: Consolidate payroll inputs from multiple sources (BambooHR, Monday, Insurance, etc.). Submit data to external providers, audit final reports, and coordinate with Treasury for funding and salary payments.

• Advanced Employee Service: Own the resolution of employee queries through the Jira ticketing system, Slack, and email. Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, ax logic, and labor rights, ensuring a high-quality and empathetic service experience.

• Financial Reporting & Liaison: Prepare consolidated reports for Accounting and FP&A;, tracking variances and ensuring 100% accuracy in payroll impact.

• Global Labor Relations: Review and update labor documentation, including localized contract clauses, country-specific requirements, etc.
