Job Description

Are you a skilled handyman or maintenance technician looking for steady, full time work with a great team, strong pay, and excellent benefits? Honey Homes is hiring in San Rafael and Marin County. This is a full time, W2 hourly job with paid benefits, not a gig, contract, or part time role. We keep you local: you'll work either on a dedicated territory of 40 to 50 homes near where you live or on our residential remodeling crew. No client hunting, no unpredictable schedules, no weekends. Just steady, well paid home repair and maintenance work close to home.

We serve over 4,000 homeowners across California, Texas, and Illinois, and we're growing fast, with real support from a Field Manager and a Member Success team behind you every day. There's real room to grow here: take courses from our General Contractor,

with opportunities to move up to Senior Handyman and then to Field Trainer. We're offering a $1,500 sign on bonus for qualified candidates, paid out in full after you complete training and remain onboard for 30 days.
