Senior Software Engineer

Ingeniero/a de Software Senior

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with strong backend development experience to create challenging coding tasks, implement features and bug fixes, and build deterministic verifiers for AI training projects.

The role combines software development, debugging, code review, performance optimization, testing, and problem-solving. You will create realistic coding challenges designed to test how AI systems reason and solve complex engineering problems.

100% REMOTE CONTRACTOR ~15 HOURS/WEEK

USD 30–100/hour 300 openings

Strong backend experience with Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++, Node.js, or similar technologies is relevant, along with experience building scalable services and APIs.

Experience with algorithms, data structures, debugging,



automated testing, refactoring, and performance optimization is important. A background in cybersecurity, application security, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE, or secure code review is a strong plus.

Previous AI experience is not required — your software engineering expertise is what matters.

IMPORTANT: The interview and assessment process are designed to evaluate your own technical reasoning and must be completed without outside assistance. The same principle applies to project work.

The process includes screening questions, an approximately 30-minute AI interview, a potential technical assessment, and Hiring Manager review.

START TIMELINE:

Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, with selected candidates expected to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
