About the Role: Own a portfolio of customer accounts in a digital marketing agency. Lead client meetings, execution plans and delivery across SEO, paid media, content and web work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of a client portfolio.
- Lead client meetings and turn priorities into clear execution plans.




- Coordinate delivery across SEO, paid media, content and web.
- Track plans, owners and delivery in Click Up or a similar system.

Qualifications:

- At least five years owning customer accounts as the primary contact in a digital marketing agency or marketing services firm.
- Direct ownership of cross-channel delivery and client relationships.
- Strong written and spoken English for US clients.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Full-service agency experience and ownership of five or more accounts.
- Experience serving local or service businesses.
