The Role
The Mid-Level Creative Project Manager independently leads standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects and defined workstreams within larger client programs. They turn briefs and SOWs into clear delivery plans, coordinate creator-driven workflows and cross-functional teams, and maintain strong day-to-day client communication from kick-off through closeout.
This role owns project delivery within an established program structure. The Mid-Level PM is expected to make sound day-to-day decisions, anticipate common risks and resolve routine delivery challenges independently, while escalating higher-impact scope, budget,



resource or relationship risks to a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager when needed.

What You’ll Do
- Independently manage standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects or clearly defined workstreams for assigned clients.
- Translate briefs and SOWs into practical project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and delivery requirements.
- Serve as the day-to-day client-facing point of contact for assigned projects and workstreams, communicating progress, decisions, risks and next steps clearly.
- Manage projects end-to-end across briefing, planning, creator/influencer workflows, production, reviews, approvals, delivery and closeout.
- Own project timelines, scope, budget tracking, dependencies and risks, taking action on routine issues and escalating material concerns early.
