About FoundryHCM
foundryHCM is not another traditional consulting firm. We started foundryHCM because we believe consulting can be better for both clients and the people doing the work. Too often, clients get large teams, expensive delivery models, and consultants who are disconnected from the presente business problem. At the same time, talented consultants can end up treated like interchangeable resources instead of experienced professionals with careers, families, and lives outside of a project. We want to build something different.
foundryHCM is a specialized HCM and HR technology consulting firm built around experienced people, practical delivery, strong relationships, and doing right by both our clients and our team. For our clients, that means bringing in people who can understand the business, get close to the problem, and help solve what is actually standing in the way of success.
For our consultants,
it means creating an environment where people are respected, communicated with honestly, compensated fairly, and supported throughout an engagement. We are not interested in building a massive bench of anonymous resources. We want to build a community of great consultants who enjoy working with us, take pride in their work, and want to come back for future projects.
Our long-term goal is simple:
• Take exceptional care of our clients
• Take exceptional care of our people
• Deliver high-quality work without unnecessary complexity
That is the kind of consulting company we are building.
