For an important multinational services company, we are looking for a senior professional to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and operations across the region.

? The challenge

Lead and develop Recruiting teams across multiple LATAM countries, working within a global organization and adapting the TA strategy to the specific needs of each market.

The role requires the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution, adapting TA processes and developing solutions in a dynamic, high-demand recruiting environment.

? What are we looking for?

• 10–15 years of professional experience, with a strong leadership background.

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, leading multi-country teams.





• Strong ability to manage and influence regional and general stakeholders.

• Experience in high-volume, high-demand recruiting environments.

• Bilingual English.
