Your skills

- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
- Driving licence
- Excellent time management skill

Your tasks

- Onsite Dispatch Support

- Receive and validate assigned tickets.

- Be dispatched to customer locations.

- Coordinate onsite visits.

- Attend customer sites and perform ticketed support activities.

- Test device functionality after completing work.

- Obtain user acceptance/sign-off where applicable.
