We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer to support the development of an AI-powered post-call compliance review capability that uses LLM-based reasoning to evaluate agent performance across transcribed calls. You will work hands-on building and iterating on NLP/GenAI pipelines, prompt/agent workflows, evaluation approaches, and production-grade integrations on AWS. The ideal candidate enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is open to projects with rapidly changing requirements, and can balance innovation with rigor. You will have strong opportunities for learning and development in applied LLM evaluation, responsible AI patterns, and operating GenAI solutions in regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement LLM/NLP pipelines for transcript analysis, compliance checks, and scoring/rationales
- Build automated evaluation frameworks for quality, hallucination risk, and consistency, and iterate quickly
- Implement secure AWS-based deployments, logging, monitoring, and governance-friendly workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine compliance rubrics into actionable model behaviors

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML solutions
- Expertise in Generative AI (LLMs)



and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of AWS AI/ML Services
- Background in MLOps
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Lambda
- Skills in LangChain and LlamaIndex for AI/agentic workflows
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases (OpenSearch / pgvector), and Prompt Engineering
- Experience in LLM Evaluation (RAGAS / DeepEval) and PII Redaction
- Familiarity with Amazon Transcribe and Life Sciences / GxP Compliance
