ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is responsible for the support of many Pest Control Brands for Argentina and Chile: Raid, Baygon and Fuyi. Together with the Pest Control Brand Manager, this role will be strategic to execute commercial plans.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Communication Plan implementation- Market analysis and consumer behavior- New Products launch support- Business PerformanceREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering- English: advanced speaker- Office Management- Business AcumenPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS- 1 year of marketing experience- Creativity- Organization skills- Planning- Problem SolvingJOB REQUIREMENTS- Full-Time- Once-weekly remote work for eligible employees- Contract for a Fixed- term contract (12 months)- This role is not eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels. In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-term incentives, matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based on company profitability, job level and years of service.
