- Support recruiters in reviewing and assessing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential falsifications.
- Review and analyze background check verification results to identify any discrepancies or falsifications.
- Provide verification results to applicable recruiters and team members, and adjudicate all background check records according to company standards.
- Confer with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to determine appropriate adjudication status for discrepant findings.
- Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and Legal on complex matters that require escalation beyond standard adjudication protocols.
- Train new talent acquisition team members on credentialing programs, processes, and technology systems.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and manage tasks from start to completion.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in human resources, or recruitment operations.
- Previous experience with Medical and/or Provider credentialing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or background verification platforms.
- Knowledge of employment verification and background screening best practices.
