Parexel is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist in Argentina.

Key Responsibilities - Support recruiters in reviewing and assessing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential falsifications - Review and analyze background check verification results to identify any discrepancies or falsifications - Provide verification results to applicable recruiters and team members, and adjudicate all background check records according to company standards - Confer with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to determine appropriate adjudication status for discrepant findings - Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and Legal on complex matters that require escalation beyond standard adjudication protocols - Train new talent acquisition team members on credentialing programs, processes, and technology systems - Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Candidate Profile You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
