USA Home Remodeling is an established Southern California residential remodeling company specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and full-home remodeling.

We are looking for a smart, organized, resourceful Marketing & Business Operations Coordinator to join our team long term.

IMPORTANT: You must be able and willing to consistently work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM U.S. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. This schedule is required. Please verify what these hours are in Argentina before applying.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage recurring marketing activities across Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, social media, and other platforms
- Publish and update WordPress website and blog content
- Organize project photos, testimonials, reviews, and marketing assets
- Implement basic SEO and content instructions from specialists
- Help operate our CRM and maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups
- Gather marketing data and prepare recurring reports
- Assist with Canva, CallRail, Trello, and other business platforms
- Research and communicate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, documents, and recurring processes
- Use ChatGPT and Claude for research, writing, analysis, and productivity
- Assist with general business administration and operational tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Ability and commitment to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM U.S. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, long term
- Excellent written English and clear, professional spoken English
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Digital marketing or marketing-support experience
- Experience with WordPress and Canva
- Professional experience using ChatGPT and Claude
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning CRM systems and new technology
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, SEO, CallRail, Google Ads reporting,



marketing automation, or U.S.-based companies is a plus.

Construction, remodeling, home improvement, or home-services experience is a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, particularly in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong candidates with relevant experience will still be considered without a bachelor's degree.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- USD $8–$12 per hour depending on experience and capabilities
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS

- Reliable computer with at least 16 GB RAM
- At least one 24-inch or larger external monitor; dual monitors preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Webcam, quality headset/microphone, and quiet workspace
- Reasonable backup plan for internet or power interruptions
