Lead complex and cross-functional engagements within the Mining industry, driving business growth and expansion through solution definition, sales pursuit management, and client relationship development. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging expertise in mining operations, mining planning and scheduling, and technology-driven solutions to address operational challenges, sustainability goals, and growth opportunities for mining clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex and cross-functional engagements to drive growth and expansion.
- Define and promote solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and guide groups that integrate diverse capabilities and working models to deliver successful outcomes.
- Address delivery challenges to meet service level agreements and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry challenges to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead sales pursuit management activities within the Mining industry.
- Support account management activities focused on mining technology solutions.
- Develop client proposals and business relationships.
- Identify and implement technology-driven solutions that address mining operational challenges, sustainability goals, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Technology, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Master proficiency in Mining Operations.
- Master proficiency in Mining Planning and Scheduling.
- Deep expertise in Sales Pursuit Management within the Mining industry.
- Proven experience in Mining companies, technology firms servicing the Mining sector, or consulting roles related to Mining.
- Proven track record of client proposal development, business relationship building, and business development.
- Consulting experience in technology solutions or strategies aligned with Mining industry challenges.
- Strong understanding of innovative technologies applicable to the Mining industry, including: IoT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Analytics Sustainability Solutions Operational Efficiency Tools
- Experience leading cross-functional engagements and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership skills.
