Alt Score is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals. You will work with executives across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Finance to ensure customers achieve their goals and expand their footprint in Lat Am. You will drive Net Dollar Retention, identify usage growth opportunities, and advocate for customer needs with product teams.
