We are a real estate company bases in the USA, doing business in North America and LATAM. We are hiring a skilled sales executive to work as a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter.Job Scope:

- Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to convert leads in real files- Tracking costumer contacts (leads) socializing the properties- Obtain costumer information- Following up on previous costumer contacts- Elaborate reports.
- You will be the person in charge of customer service to contact by phone.
- You will be given the training and a script.The leads you will call are in the USA and LATAM.Skills / Experience:
- Experience Verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Telephone sales skills, time management.
- Preferably experience in banking or finance telemarketing or costumer service.Contract:
