In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities As a Quality Engineer specializing in Test Quality, you will support the delivery team in achieving high-quality test outcomes by applying a structured approach, test practices, and technical solutions. You will contribute to improved time to market by driving improvements through integrated metrics and measurements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assist with Test Optimization: Utilize a model-based Test Design approach and accelerate Test automation using the IGNITE platform to optimize test outcomes.
- Learn Test Automation: Leverage cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering.
- Participate in Quality Planning: Prepare and guide the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle, emphasizing quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Explore Quality Metrics: Support the development of easily consumable technical test practices through integrated metrics and measurements.
- Engage in Team Collaboration: Work with the delivery team to achieve high-quality software products through quality engineering best practices.
